What kind of wax do you use?
Our candles are made with natural coconut wax, a soft, creamy wax that holds and releases fragrance beautifully.
Where are your candles made?
Every Raphaël candle is hand-poured in New York.
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the glass, usually 2 to 3 hours. Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use, and avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
How do I use the room & body spray?
Mist into the air or lightly over linens, curtains and upholstery from arm's length. On skin, spray from a short distance and avoid your eyes. If your skin is sensitive, try a small area first.
Diffuser or wax melts: which should I choose?
Both are flame-free. A diffuser gives gentle, constant fragrance with no effort. Wax melts give a stronger burst of scent and need a wax warmer, which makes it easy to switch fragrances often.
